The Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides a wide range of support to the Marketing & Communications Manager including, but not limited to: writing, storytelling, editing, social media management and digital channel communications management. May also create internal/external newsletters as part of communication strategies. Should enjoy working in a changing, fun environment with children and medical professionals. 

Requirements

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

  • 3 or more years of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations experience required
  • Strong writing and editing experience and skills required
  • 2 years of managing social media channels required
  • Social media platform (such as Hootsuite) for social, and digital channel management experience required
  • Basic media relations experience required
  • Event planning experience preferred.
  • Photography and/or Videography shooting and editing experience preferred
  • Graphic Design (such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop) experience a plus
  • MS Office Suite proficiency required
  • Experience creating internal and external newsletters (preferred) 

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED/PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field required
