Intentional Connections: Taking the Ick Out of Networking is an interactive and in-person experience designed for PCC Emerging Leaders and early to mid-career professionals who want to build stronger professional relationships with more confidence and a lot less awkwardness. Led by relationship building expert Jan V. Kostner, this session reframes networking from self-promotion into something more human, useful, and sustainable.
The program begins with a fast-paced, practical primer from Jan, followed by a guided connection lab where participants rotate through small, structured conversations designed to make it easier to talk about where you’re headed, what you need, and what you can offer. This is an intentionally designed experience focused on quality conversations and real momentum.
You’ll leave with a simple framework you can use immediately. Attendees will also make new connections and have clear next steps for continuing the conversations that will start during the session.
Capacity is limited to preserve the experience. The session runs from 4:30–6:30 PM and includes optional informal networking after the structured program.
