Q: Where are the 67th Annual Golden Trumpet Awards taking place?
A: Hyatt Regency Chicago - West Tower, 151 E. Wacker Dr. We'll be in the Crystal Ballroom, the same location as last year's Golden Trumpet Awards. If you’re using rideshare, ask to be dropped at the West Tower entrance.

Q: What should I wear?
A: The Golden Trumpet Awards mantra is #ShineLikeGold. Think cocktail/black-tie-optional or elevated business, whatever helps you feel celebratory and camera-ready. Since it’s a Thursday, business professional is doable. We do encourage you to level up.
Q: What’s the reception like?
A: Enter the West Tower Foyer for a hosted reception. Enjoy a selection of passed beverages or visit the staffed bars for a wider selection before the ballroom opens. Network with new and old friends alike.
Q: Tell me more about the Red-Carpet Arrival.
A: From 5:30 to 6:30 PM, arrive in style. We’ll have memorable photo moments (with a few surprises). Come early if you’d like the full red-carpet experience.
Q: What are my beverage options?
A: Reception bars will feature:

Signature cocktails: peach mojito (Bacardi Superior rum, peach purée, fresh mint, simple syrup) & raspberry sparkler (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, raspberries, lemon juice, sparkling rosé)

Wine: Canvas by Michael Mondavi (pinot grigio, chardonnay, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, brut)

Mocktails: Daiquirish, Mojitoish

Beer: rotating domestic, imported, craft, and non-alcoholic

At dinner, each table will have bottles of red and white wine.
Q: What’s on the table when doors open to the ballroom?
A: At 6:00 PM, tables will be set with bread service and a plated salad.

Salad: grilled baby romaine, honey roasted apple, butternut squash, and dried cranberries.
Q: What’s for dinner and dessert?
A: After that salad, we will serve:

Entrée: French cut chicken breast with natural jus, au gratin potato (pecorino, braised leeks), roasted asparagus, carrots, and purple cauliflower

Dessert: apple crumb cake with homemade caramel sauce, fresh berries, and vanilla ice cream (served separately)
Q: What if I have a dietary restriction or preference?
A: Please email us at office@publicity.org with your request. Vegetarian, vegan, non-dairy, gluten-free, and other accommodations will be available on site. However, the more notice we have, the better we can serve you.
Q: How are winners announced?
A: Categories are presented alphabetically. When your entry is announced, come forward to collect your award and have your photo taken. Our team will capture the moment.
Q: Should I prepare a speech?
A: No speeches from entry winners, just applause, photos, and celebration.
Q: If I buy multiple tickets, will we be seated together?
A: Yes. Tickets purchased in a single order will be seated together. If your group bought across separate orders, email office@publicity.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Q: Can I add tickets to my order after I purchased some earlier?
A: The website can’t append to an existing order, but email office@publicity.org and we’ll take care of you.

A: Monday, September 15 at 12:00 PM CT.
